View fullsize Sometimes I forget that part of this state is a rainforest. I was reminded of that about a month ago. Amazing hunt and the landscape makes for unbelievable images… even if you have to battle the briars the entire time.

There’s a mixture of hooves in there as well but look at how big the pads on that lion track are! It’s easy to understand just how big elephants (land whales Sometimes the most fun shoots are the ones that pay nothing.

Not a cat. Not a squirrel. Not a weasel. The Genet is a small carnivore native to a large part of Africa and a small section of Europe. This one paid absolutely no attention to us, even when we walked within about 15 yards of him. Mostly nocturnal, w This is Jey. One of the most energetic and enthusiastic people that I have ever met.
