Sometimes I forget that part of this state is a rainforest. I was reminded of that about a month ago. Amazing hunt and the landscape makes for unbelievable images… even if you have to battle the briars the entire time.

There are lots of uses for the @gfc_usa but this is my favorite so far.

This portrait is about 10 years overdue. Multiple near-death experiences, questionable directions in the forest, possible drowning on a reservation, and countless adventures on Molokai. It’s more of a celebration that everyone is still alive.

Thanksgiving day is over, time to get the tree. It may not be the fullest or the tallest but I did remember the saw.
